Prior to clinical training, Toby worked in a Therapeutic Community for abused children. After qualifying in 2006, he gained diverse experience in CAMHS, schools, and fostering agencies. Toby specialises in working with children and adolescents in foster care, and, passionate about further advancing the industry, teaches and supervises other professionals to ensure high standards of care are always achieved.

With over 12 years of experience in various CAMHS settings and a background of a primary school teaching, Judith has worked across specialised teams supporting children with eating disorders and looked after children. Judith has expertise in residential care, offending behaviours, and complex needs.

Bobby is an Art Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working with children, young people, adults and families. Most of Bobby's experience has been in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services but he has also worked in care settings, schools and adult services. Bobby is also trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and the Children's Accelerated Trauma Treatment (C.A.T.T) and emphasises the importance of creative and collaborative approaches to therapy, working in time-limited and longer-term therapy.

Fiona is an experienced Art Psychotherapist with over 15 years of professional practice, specialising in the use of art, play, and verbal expression to help individuals communicate, explore, and make sense of their experiences. She has worked extensively with children, young people, and their parents or carers across a range of settings, including private practice, residential care, and foster care. Fiona is also the Clinical Lead for the Shrewsbury School Psychotherapy Service, where she oversees and supports the emotional wellbeing of students through a creative and compassionate therapeutic approach.

Stuart trained at the London Tavistock Centre. With experience in CAMHS and school settings, he specialises in working with adults, looked after children, families, and issues around masculinity, bullying, family dynamics and blended families.

Kate completed her MSc in Art Psychotherapy. Part of her training was a placement with Sea Change Psychotherapy, before joining the team as a fully qualified therapist. She specialises in work with younger children and is a key member of our Early Years Team.

Kate is a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council, with 30 years of experience working in mental health services in the NHS. Spending her career predominantly working with adults presenting with complex mental health problems and also specialising in helping women and their families facing difficulties during the perinatal period.

Sara has many years of experience in NHS and private practice, working with diverse age groups. Her background includes inpatient psychiatric care, adult mental health, and specialist eating disorder services. She leads effective evidence-based therapy using cognitive, behavioural, and psychodynamic approaches. Sara has been part of developing our Early Years Projects and is currently based in the Telford and Pontesbury Drop-Ins.

Craig has a background in working with children and young people residential care. He has previously worked as a support worker in CAMHS in South Wales, delivering one to one and group interventions. Before that, Craig has a background in media and is currently placed in Sea Change whilst undertaking his Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy training at BTTP.

Katie is an Integrative Adult and Child Psychotherapist, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA). She has over a decade of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents in both long-term and short-term therapy. Katie’s integrative approach draws on psychodynamic and humanistic theories, allowing her to tailor the therapeutic process to an individual's unique needs and circumstances. Her clinical background spans a range of settings, including public health services, education, in private practice, and the charity sector. She works with a wide variety of emotional and psychological difficulties and has a particular interest in fertility issues, maternal mental health, and the early years.

Paul is a chartered accountant who began his career at Deloitte in financial services audit. He later joined the University of Worcester, contributing to the Three Counties Medical School project. Since 2022, Paul worked for the Haas Formula 1 team, focusing on financial planning and regulatory compliance and now for Formula E.

Alice O'Connor is a local doctor and grew up in Shropshire. She sees the benefit of psychological and and art therapy approaches in her day job and had heard brilliant things about Sea Change, so wanted to support their work.

Rich offers executive leadership experience through various senior roles where he specialised in expanding operations, driving strategic growth, and leading high-performance teams across EMEA and international markets. As a dedicated supporter of the Seachnage Family, Rich aims to utilise his commercial expertise to enhance the charity’s governance and strategic direction.
