At Sea Change Psychotherapy, we collaborate closely with Local Authorities and care providers to deliver high-quality psychotherapy services for vulnerable infants, children and young people and their carers/ parents. Our specialised approach is designed to support those in care alongside their foster carers and social workers. We also offer psychodynamic consultation/reflective practice to residential staff teams.

A cared-for community

We are a specialist mental health organisation providing psychotherapy and psychological support for care-experienced children, young people, and their carers. Our expert team delivers evidence-based interventions that make a measurable difference to the emotional wellbeing of looked after children.

Founded on the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality mental health care, Sea Change Psychotherapy brings together clinical expertise and compassionate practice. An understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment theory allows us to provide a safe welcoming space where young people and carers can explore their feelings, make sense of their experiences and find hope for the future.

We work closely with local authorities, schools, and carers to ensure each young person receives the right support, at the right time.
