The transition to adulthood can be a challenging and complex journey. At The Sea Change Trust, we understand the unique pressures facing young people today. Thanks to external funding, we offer a dedicated project providing free therapeutic support to young adults during this crucial life stage.

Support in Changing Times

Through tailored therapeutic approaches, our funded charity service helps young adults build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster a strong sense of self. Whether you’re transitioning from school, navigating work or university life, or managing relationships, our therapists are here to help.

  • Therapists specifically trained in young adulthood
  • Free, accessible support with minimal waiting time through our funded project
  • Flexible sessions to suit study and work schedules

Currently offered at the Sea Change Centre. We provide short and medium-term Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Art Psychotherapy or Cognitive Analytic Therapy.

For those not eligible for the funded project, paid-for sessions may also be available through Sea Change Psychotherapy.

To self-refer or to refer a young person in your care, please contact Bobby Molloy.
