Help us raise £24,000 to continue therapist-led community sessions for families across Shropshire.

For five years, our drop-in groups in Shrewsbury and Pontesbury have offered safe, welcoming spaces where parents, carers and children can connect, talk and access support when they need it most.

Run by qualified psychotherapists, these sessions provide something unique – professional support in a relaxed, community setting, with no referral, no waiting list and no pressure.

Why this matters

These groups have become a trusted part of many families’ lives – helping parents feel less alone, building confidence and creating meaningful connections.

“I know I can find them and have a professional ear to speak to.”

“I now have a really close-knit group of mum friends… that wouldn’t have happened without the tent.”

“To have trained staff on hand… is priceless.”

Why we need your help

Our current funding has come to an end, and the final sessions took place in April.

We are actively applying for new funding…but we need your help now to enable us to continue to offer community mental health support.

Our goal: £24,000

Raising £24,000 will allow us to offer community groups like these for six months (during term time) while we secure longer-term funding.

Every donation helps provide:

  • qualified psychotherapist support
  • safe, welcoming community spaces
  • resources for children and families

If we don’t reach the full target, every pound raised will still fund sessions or community-based support.

How you can help

  • Donate what you can
